SCHUNCK*’s food curator Jeffrey Kuckelkorn is invited to immerses himself in the Egyptian gastronomic culture as a culinary anthropologist applying the Made of Mirrors framework during his residency in Cairo that has just started.
Jeffrey Kuckelkorn will present the results of this project in the 5.0 restaurant on the top floor of the SCHUNCK* during a themed week (or month) organised around a ‘photo cookbook’, dates will soon be announced.
