On October 14, 2012 the Ateliers Sahm, art center under the artistic leading of Bill Kouélany, will open their doors in Brazzaville, Congo. With the imagination of the Congolese artist and writer Bill Kouélany, the Ateliers Sahm are dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of contemporary literature and artistic expressions of Congo.
