Coeur d’Artiste is a Congolese organisation founded in 2003, working from the capital, Brazzaville. Project leader Bill Kouélany has exhibited her work all across Africa and beyond. As such, she is uniquely suited to help Congolese artists break with their isolation, and put their art on the map.
